I'm out of EDIG 31 days now! I can take the capital loss if I ever have any future gains. I am watching EDIG from the outside and would consider "investing" again but only when there is a clear chance at speculative success. I think the 737 might get out of reexam ok from what I have read on the US patent office site and that should be good for a 1-2c "pop" in the share price. The 774 will probably be allowed to be amended. How do I know this? Because the examiner in the "Final Rejection" document told EDIG exactly what they would need to do to make the patent "inventive" (his words). I will watch and there ever is big news I can jump in and out for a gain.
