Correct. But since the merger is not complete Amero remains a private company. If I was on AUCI mgt, I would complete the merger and release financials for both company for last year or what ever financials where used to meet the requirements for the merger.
Been that way for over a year. I never doubted this deal would get done. When worked on this long it going to happen. If people cannot be patient not companies problem. It takes as long as it takes. The point is be in when it ddoes happen. If not IMO missed out on being able to buy this low when oversold. I only like to buy these when over sold. I do not have PM if anyone sends me message. Patience on this one is going to IMO pay off big. IT at these levels now for a year with no share dumping and just a shell. Once it is no longer an empty shell but Amero this is set up to run big.
