They submitted Form 15...we will never see another financial statement.

I would have to disagree with you about thinking that UNGS will never file any financials. Read below from their last PR...

With the requirements to be met above, doing so requires the filing of the company's quarterly and annual reports and more. I am still hopeful that things will work out here with UNGS.
