Does AAVG own a Plane outright? or a guaranteed Contract.
We could do a lean or a interm freeze of assetts pending a show cause hearing on the lack of filing etc on behalf of the shareholders.
That might motivate him to "Pen" the Documents and come clean on wy DOT has ignorned him and his company.
Alternately we could petition the DOT not to grant the application until it files.
Someone has to step in here.
At this point in the process we should be viewing this company as a defaulter that has until mid May to divest itself of more responsibility.
