DING DING-CBIS stays above .09. Well, you have the early AM still. I'll assume you mean like around 10AM, and that it will stay below .09 and go even lower considering the dilution. Anyone that read and understood the 10k, read where the company stated they may have to issue shares in either a public or private offering. Now all those on the sidelines need wonder is what those shares might be used for. As shareholders we believe and giving the PR's that they are to excel the companies plans. While others must hope that they are merely doing this to sell shares to line their pockets. 50% retracement still inplay from the real highs of about .18.
