Hey Skeptic,

Agree with him, and you and I and others posted the same opinion weeks ago. Late call by him, but he was responding to an appeal for an opinion at TMF today, in fairness.

Nic gets my attention when he speaks about all things legal, especially patent matters. Don't give a twit what he thinks about stock market forces or Rambus's share price in particular. On the latter, he is just another knucklehead making a guess.

Just my opinion, of course.
