and by now it should be clear that rumors of submissions ALWAYS are bogus.... Why would you buy shares in a company when you are up against committed sellers with 100's of millions of shares that they are REQUIRED to sell to stay under the 4.9% ownership limitation of the contract?

And remember, both of these 100 million share plus hits came out of the blue with no warning. IMGG never revealed the existance of the Cranshire lawsuit that had gone on for 5 months until they settled for 200 million shares.
