Everyone has agendas.

Would it surprise you that some could post anonymously on a public msg board with an agenda to protect the stock/company and would therefore challenge any negative light shone on the company - even when the posts aren't directed towards them,

< find it very hard to believe that going dark was the result of any 'deal',

and float ideas to distract one from actions the company takes - say by pushing the buyout/merger idea ....
