there is no other logical reason behind their actions (delisting, issuing tons of shares to your creditors even though you could have just sold a couple of mill of shares on the NASDAQ...then go dark...etc) Or otherwise why not come forward and let your shareholders know what is going on and why...

You can't prove anything when they don't report financials.
Not that this is going to stop people from posting old reported rev figures when they try to pump the company or executive comments about future increased revs. All meaningless w/o actual earnings.
