Yeah, they said they would buy them and rehab them. LOTS of promises and letters of intent that never happened. They even announced a dividend that was later delayed and never happened.
Although there was a subdivision and a building that actually got started. It really looked legit for a while. Subdivision never got finished, he never even applied for the permits to finish. The building even had HUD funding and was started. I don't remember what happened there but he never finished that one either.
Which of these were under NRES or NRPI I do not recall but they are the same company essentially.
With USNL, the only question to me is if Rebecca and Damien are their own people or just using what daddy taught them. So far it looks like the same ole same ole.
