Call IGXT, call your broker (scottrade, etrade, etc), or call the TA. Nobody here will know the answer.

IMO it's a transaction that did not hit the tape (after hours) or something to that effect.

They do not have to immediately file a form 4.. I believe the shares could have been purchased over a couple days and within xx amount of time the form 4 needs to be filed!
