I doubt anything will happen with the S/S for quite some time. I'm not even sure if Lenny knows what a R/S is so please don't bring it up. If they realize it's a veritable ATM we'll get flushed down the drain like HSC.O

IMO the reason the dilution happened was for Lenny to gain control of 51% of the share plus a little more to bargain with.

The A/S will likely stay the same, it's his stash in case he needs it.

College. I really dont see where a R/S would do anything, but i do believe in a CEO are anyone else to do what they say they will do and he said they would be released in April. Jazz should be concerned if he is hopeful for the Company because Lenny not doing what he said is what got this stock down to begin with. The Dividends are not jack, its a matter of what he said and what is word is worth. In my opinion his word is worth as much as this stock. Instead of lken, i think lacking is the better word.
