As much as I like VPER and in it for the long run, I think it will be going to mid .002's before we see any gain, just my honest opinion. With news like today we should have been at least to .004 IMO. GO VPER!!!
I think they are likely to be private companies. As soon as they are acquired for cash and shares, they will be listed on the pink sheets leading quickly to the OTCQX and a market value of 10 cents minimum.
Find who (what Dept) gave them their grant. Ask for a copy of their grant (Freedom of Information Act - as a tax payer your entitle to that). In that grant, the recipient must describ their partners in details. I used to write grants to obtain funding for my agency. The more solid are your partners, the more points you recieve for your grantapplication. Finding who and what is their proposal is not very hard - follow the money. GLTY
