Yes, I imagine Kim is looking for both the best long term partner and what partner is going to give us the most money up front. Imagine what ten million dollars up front would mean to under armour. Nada.

something tells me that this PR was meant to inform shareholders and other interested parties that deals are in the works.

There is an obvious subtext in this PR:

This is telling parties currently negotiating with KBLB that they need to make their best offer NOW as there is a queue forming of new candidates for KBLB's product.
