No big whoop - unless there is a reason to conceal the fair value of the previously-issued BMCS stock options.
Sounds like the accountatnts put their foot down and forced the note about not using 123R to be put in the BMCS financials. Nice try at spin, but the election to use the "prospective method" for previously-issued stock options should have been included long ago.
