Just thinking out loud here, but is it possible for a large investor to give a large amount of cash for a percentage of the commpany. If so could that percentage be allocated in shares. And if so I would think they would all be restricted for some time no?
It just means that whomever they GAVE the shares to hasn't sold them yet. They might be waithing for the next HUGE PR that will send this TO DA MOON then Dump. Watch out for a very high volume day out of nowhere, set your stop orders NOW!!!!
