Negative......IMO, Dilution is never good on OTC....especially bio-tech,

The more they dilute, the less your shares are worth, just remember that. Then when the time comes and a R/S happens, price will drop more as they dilute again to fund operations......in the end, you are lucky if you have something worth 10% of what you paid.
