I think, in my opinion only, berry having any merger type of relationship with AvStar is a dream that will never happen. AvStar can't even put out fins, berry is a booming business, the best case is that AvStar leases a couple aircraft from berry at this point.

Sorry to sound negative, I'm just tired of the total lack of transparency . I still own shares but only about half what I did a month ago. Management dropped the ball in a big way.

I'm still confident that we get DOT but we don't have the interest from shareholders there was before. Without new investors we don't move up unless a long wants to bite the bullet for the rest of us and load their boat some more.

my understanding from Henry is that cash is not an issue and therefore if Berry is going to partner it can only be a plus that doesn't involve shares or financing. Yet, still gotta see what filings bring
