Then again, that would take some research on this actual stock and company which people don't like doing.

Speaking of research, I called FINRA yesterday and asked about the process of getting a new name and symbol. According to what I was told, an entity, upon getting board and, if necessary, stockholder approval for the name change, must then get state approval. State approval, which in this case would be NY for APII and NV for CWS, may be sought before or during the application to FINRA. Such an action would show up in the public records.

Soooooo, I went back to the NY and NV websites and behold! there it was:
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=xTm7qY7HlPXs5CzG%252b4xk7A%253d%253d&nt7=0

Let's see. Date Filed: 4/26/12 (hmmm...timely)
Share count: 200,000,000 (hmmm...sounds familiar)
Filed in NV (where the incorporation laws are second to none except maybe Dela-beware)

Sure looks like the new entity's name to me. I may be wrong, but who else would want "corewafer" for a name? Unless…

**GASP** You don't think someone is trying to steal COREWAFER's good name, do you?

AP-i-yi!!
Maria, who knows where her cats and her facts are(well, most of them…the cats, I mean)

MARIA'S RESEARCH TIP;
When you're researching a penny stock, try this handy link from Corporate Creations:
https://www.corporatecreations.us/States/
I mean, seriously, folks, if you're going to invest in a pinky, don't you at least want to make sure the companies involved EXIST, like Theta Delta?

Oh, and EXTRA POINTS if you figure out the connection between Corporate Creations and the merger of APII/CWS!! It's out there. (I bet doggone knows. wink.)
