You're right, silkr: If those numbers & that par value, etc, is not correct, as per 'OTC MARKETS', whose link to that most recent report is to be found below, THEN NOTHIN'S COOKIN'! So, on that basis, we should appeal to the knowledge of someone more knowledgable than me, such as di4, or stifflersmon, or Arnold, or Double Down (who is now a believer, BTW!) or ???, who would be much better able to interpret what is going on.
