They're a "Market Maker", if I understand correctly, they are a company that buys a chunk of shares and sells them later to make a profit, kinda like the rest of us but with much (read: millions of dollars) deeper pockets.

WDCO is a market maker. They have been the driving force behind this whole pump, so if he's active then the pump is still on imo
