You have to look at it this way. Not only have they basically eliminated all of their debt but while doing this they posted a quarter higher in sales then any previous quarter in 2011. Imagine what the sales will look like when they are debt free in Q2 and can focus on boosting sales.

Under the circumstances, I think this little increase in sales is very significant for this company!

Yes it is. Considering the fact that they are selling endoscopic instruments for a medical procedure still in it's infancy 16% is a decent amount.
