You are 100% wrong Charles!

... to say PIPI is Pink OTC is definitely accurate.

Pink OTC has only 3 "tiers" which are based on the amount and timeliness of information disclosure.

Stocks traded on the grey market are considered "Other OTC." http://www.otcmarkets.com/other-otc/home

Please take a few seconds to verify your assertions before posting them.

Additionally I did a Google search as you suggested and did not find anything that backs up your claim that there are multiple correct ways to "put decimals into cents." Would you post a link or two to verify your assertion?

2.5 cents = $.025

.025 cents = $.00025

Can you show any legitimate link that would say .025 cents is equal to 2.5 cents?

Have you ever seen a private placement or stock quotes be priced using "cents" as opposed to decimalization of "dollars?"

I believe there is no other reasonable conclusion other than that Ken Ash is being deliberately deceptive about multiple issues. Promoting a lower than actual price for any product or service to induce inquiries is illegal "bait and switch" advertising.

If Ken Ash is such a reputable, stand-up guy, why doesn't he just issue a correction to both the false claim of PIPI being "PinkOTC" and the actual pricing of his "unqualified" private offering???

You cannot possibly mean what you just wrote. I have to assume you are trying to be funny, because you have far too much experience to make these statements. I consider this intentionally misleading or insulting to PIPI shareholders.

OTC Market Tiers
Pink is a tier of OTC. Grey is not a tier within Pink, it is wholly outside of and well below Pink. Ken Ash's proclamation that PIPI is Pink is either intentional misinformation, or arrogant stupidity.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otc-101/otc-market-tiers

PIPI bears these 2 marks of shame:

As for the math:
No. What Ken Ash wrote is exactly what it was: fractions of a penny. Not 2.5 cents. This is simple math and simple fact. I think decimal places and dollar vs cent designations are taught in 4th or 5th grade.

No amount of fudging and deflection can change that Mr Ash, once again, made a glaring error, or intends to deceive. Either way, a correction is in order.

Do you really intend to stand behind this misinformation??
