If LSP Partners, KADR, and/or JANA have committed a criminal or civil infraction here, I've seen the SEC, IRS, and States Attorney Generals go back much farther than 3 years and still prosecute for charges.
We'll see what the future holds in due time.
Aaron S Lehmann running his bogus LSP Partners LP from his personal home residence without registering his business entity with the state of Florida and loaning KADR $1,000,000 while KADR said they were all good with Florida and being a relative of Marc Elliot Lehmann whom is a partner at JANA all looks pretty suspicious to me.
If some regulatory body or official investigative agency of law enforcement digs deep enough, this incident may only be the tip of the preverbial iceberg.
