Several times IR has indicated minimum of 5 million dollars. In one of their last updates they have said that it was for more then 5 million dollars. Obviously there was a series of negotiations done in the sale of ASCC, and the minimum offer was for 5 million dollars, now the stated price is higher.
Calculating ASCC sales and estimated gross profit in a field I know well, I have said all along that 6 million plus would be in line.

Selling a company is not like selling a loaf of bread, a car, a watch or anything else that you would want to compare it to. That is a very simplistic way of looking at it. Selling two companys (one a privately held company to a public one) I can tell you that there is allot of thought process that goes into it. Not the least of that is how to postion the sale to pay the minimum amount of taxes as possible.

Really puzzled by your analogy.

It's a little different than shopping at Walmart lol. And it's $5 million or more.
