I hope you really make a killing, you've certainly suffered along with this thing as long as anyone.

And, when you decide to build, if you want the best engineered mini-palaces in the world - PM me....!!!

I don't think anybody needs computerized closets like "..Uncle Bill.." has. But, some good energy management and green power utilization is always a good idea.
