Any rational shareholder vote would have defeated an attempt to double the O/S shares of this PIG in favor of forcing debt placement with the various parties who have previously pledged hundreds of millions on which they have actually funded almost nothing -- a total fabrication -- but as you know, Alvarez and Tay control both Board and enough O/S common and preferred shares to steamroll the bagholders -- even Smith's BOOM BOOM ROOM "adults" -- while continuing to spew F&F shares as PIK at a RECKLESS rate.
