Per DRMS letter dated Apr 23:
"The Divisions deadline for issuing a recommendation on AM-03 has been extended from June 19,2012 to July 20,2012. On or before July 20th the Division will issue its recommendation to the Board for approval,approval with conditions, or denial of the application for AM-03."

Tell me about it, 67. And both objections are out of the DRMS's jurisdiction, and completely without merit.(That's why I'm hoping something can be finalized earlier than expected.....the way it's supposed to be at this point) I just hope we get our buyout well into pennyland this year, or maybe even in Grizz's range. We are sitting on a fortune no doubt, and I'd love to see the highest PPS possible if one of the bigger entities moves in with interest.(Which I can't fathom not happening) Either way, I hope 2012 far exceeds expectations for us.(In the meantime--unfortunately--I can't add to my position, so I continue to wait)
