Please find an NDA that says "It's OK to release the terms of the deal, including the ultimate purchase price, how much of the property is being purchased, the remaining carried interest, the length of the payment terms and such, but you ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, CAN'T TELL ANYONE WHO THE COUNTERPARTY IS"?

I've searched and searched and can't find one in ANY situation, let alone a mining deal.

what's your next guess as to possible funding date? Medinah is known to never receive funding on the main deal, and so far everything you have guessed is pointing in that direction. Mike, thank you for the feedback. Do you think when Greg said "it's done, done, done," he meant "we are no where close to being done" hence why over two months have passed, and nothing is done yet? Thanks in advance guys.
