From the looks of the new 8K, they have removed the section where they would need a shareholder vote to go ahead with the spin-off. It seems as though they are ready or extremely close. Divy remains as well as the percentage of revenue to CMGO from Audioeye after IPO. Good news folks. Go CMGO!!
Nice to bring attention to thhe spinoff but why on Fri after close. Wouldnt it be better early in the trading week during trading hours? Some of the things this managment does is just goofy.
