AlanC; RICO settlement @ $1.oo per share seems right.
but lets look at another stock which was/is possibly
in the same spot as bcit(which i own both), that is cmkx.
we see just how long this is playing out, with them not
wanting to release the $, or none was actually settled apon.
also two lawyers connected to cmkx letting them off the hook.
so an open market(GET THOSES 106'S out of the system)
buy-in seems the way to go to me.
