Just talked with Henry and they are not using the same auditor. There were reasons for changing and it wasnt that they couldnt afford them. Should be resolved shortly and they are in fact, as Gamber said, adding new business and will get an 8k out and filings ASAP. There are many things going on that trumped the filing in terms of importance to the business and increasing flights and adding new accounts. They are getting refocused on the paperwork now that more critical business has/is being done. Sounds like they actually should hire a few more office folks. IMO.
