Your premise is fundamentally flawed.


Nobody has ever been able to validate either of Bordynuiks claims about 1) having exclusive rights to a "proprietary" catalyst that was discovered over 40 years ago, and 2) that converts plastic to fuel for a total cost of $10.00/bbl.

And it's not surprising that neither claim has been validated. Both of them are just so *silly*!

If JBI has lied in SEC filings in the past, why should their current filings, web site content, or press release material be considered factual?

If any of it is factual, which parts?

Based on their past, I would say that independent verification of company provided data would be prudent.

I also wouldn't believe any Canadian plastic industry association material that's been provided about JBI. Why will become clear soon.
