If you are a smart investor

You don't invest (gamble) on penny stocks. Period.

On the OTC and pinks, the vast majority are frauds and failed companies. Stock market profit only coming on manipulation and promotion. IMGG's run to $1 was simply promotion combined with the majority of the shares locked up by restriction. MOst couldn't sell when they wanted to and the story fed on itself.

Right now IMGG lacks a story and the share overhang from it's lenders are there for all to see. Those shares are UNresricted specifically per the agreement. Should IMGG come up with a compelling story, 200 million shares will FAR overwhelm any demand.

I've never posted on a penny stock board where there was a "success" or anything resembling what management promoted when I first arrived. They were ALL frauds.
