i really respect your post stockrat ...but if im in your place i would send email to the company regarding my concerns and questions or sell the remaining shares i have instead of posting negative messages and confuse the other shareholders and make them take a decision they might regret it later on .

Let's continue looking to the 'internet' for answers and sharing links & DD but... I am ALWAYS interested in what the Company is saying. I am not Totally Jaded by Pinkies Past.

This stock is not IBAC. Old Leadership diluted our shares by issuing all the Authorized Shares... then rinse/repeat. Old Leadership is Gone. New Game. New Players. No Dilution. Stable Share Structure for several years now.

Sorry that I sold too early, as did you, but we both still have a sizable holding that is worthy of serious DD. Constructive conversation is good. We are all holding this stock and are in IAHL together... and we are still... under the Radar. Quietly climbing. I'll continue to buy on dips but think it unacceptable to attempt to lower the price by spreading fear, uncertainty & doubt.

My Millions of IBAC shares were rendered worthless via dilution, as were yours. I am glad we averaged down along the way. ICAN/IBCX/TSXT/IAHL.

You have provided a lot of useful insight over the years and I appreciate it. You have given me clues on what to look at and viewpoints for me to consider and do my own D.D.

I am as guilty as the others on the board of letting my glasses gain a rose tint. I am still hopeful that things are as they seem and am still holding my shares at least through the next P.R. from the company. However, it is always good to get a dose of reality once in awhile.

IMO, you just posed questions that can be answered or explained with research, and if not, we all should be wary and be vigilant for other red flags as you pointed out. I don't view that as FUD. Just common sense.
