George, I see the chart, but how do you justify your statement about many new shares being issued?

My recollection was 2 million shares in Sept '04 that rose to 7 million for teh KCA purchase in Jan. '05 and now it's 10 million and I believe that 2+ million of those went to Explorer. I am not saying you are wrong, but I do not understand how you have made your determinations.

If what you say is what is happening I expect we will see the O/S rise pretty soon?
