I think the bottom for CHID falls between now 0.40 to 0.36 by looking at the chart, could be a similar play like GLNC, GLNC falls to 0.33 and started to bounce. However, when it started to bounce and trend reverse, you won't get any shares. So the best strategy for this kind of play is to accumulate, buy on the way down.
