what is everyone waiting for. as i have said before there will not be any word from fltt on any fins or anything else. it doesn't fit the plans of mr brown. it has been dark to long to expect anything of any value.

Vincent, in his response to you, confirmed the validity of the response from investor relations, which did say that financials would be done around April. So in so many words, he confirmed that financials will be out soon. If we see nothing....this falls directly back on him. Not bashing..(as I have been holding before the reverse split) ....just a little frustrated with the way things are being handled. Hope he comes through.

I must say, Johnny, such loyalty is admirable. But I am reminded on reviewing the S-1 that:

A great number of entities who'd had dealings with our boy, were also filing law suits shortly there after in attempts to collect.

Our boy Vinny regularly made many grandoise promises in PRs and assured us his vision was to see investors prosper, none of them have come to fruition, and yet:

He was simultaneously signing convertable certs knowing it would flood the market with cheaper and cheaper shares.

I would say, remember the good old days but ...
