I thought of that to, but if that was the case wouldnt they just drive the price all the way down to subs and then just load up. why would he buy them now if in a few weeks he could get them cheaper.
even if it was a r/s he would still have a boat load of shares.. nothing he is going to put a dent in buy accumulation a million here.. especially if its a r/s at this level.. then we all lose.. thats just too large of ratio no matter how many shares you have at this level.. I think he is buying shares right now because like i stated he's not keeping the bonus shares, and he can do it with the certainty of the price staying the same due to vfin holding it here....so he doesnt have to worry about chasing or watching it.. he just puts in the order and it executes right away.. i noticed a ton of orders have been executing rather quickly here..
