Not sure about that, if the State or Feds get a conviction, that can be used in a Civil case brought seperately by parties, investors, other companies (the ones in the SEC complaint) and also RCCH itself can use a conviction in a Federal court in a seperate Civil case with triple damages imo. Also the conviction can be used in a civil case and the bar is much lower in civil court to prove damages. Do others agree?
