It says half the cash salary the company couldn't pay him and the rest was in shares of stock (which he hasn't sold any of) also based on .03 a share which we know that regardless of $1 a share talk we would all love to take .03. I thought I saw someone post his 2011 comp and it was zero cash and only stock. Looking at it from that position I have no problem with his compensation. It's in Roy's best interest for the stock to go up. Thanks for the link.
