There is some equipment installed in the Philly Marriott; however, that installation is not yet finished.

Partially correct (or incorrect depending on how u look at it). The equipment is completely installed (it wouldn't run if it was just "some" of the equipment). It is just the software portion that needs to be updated. There isn't anything physical to the update (just push out the update). Unfortunately, the schedule is strictly dictated by the hotel.

As for the ad-insertion, ad-insertion works but that's all I can see from the surface. What money it's making is anyone's guess.
