I agree. It might not be an outright scam, but there are enough red flags here to make it seem a bit 'dodgy.'

The stock give-away is a large flag. Nobody gets something for nothing. There will be a price to pay.

Ahem.......dilution is expected with almost ALL jr. Explorers people. They explore for minerals. Exploration cost money and revenues come much later. They raise capital by selling shares. THATS HOW IT WORKS!! The HOPE is that the money spent on exploration (i.e. drilling, assays, etc.) produces results and shows mineralization. Well we got results and a 43-101 to build on.
THE REAL VALUE OF ANY JR. EXPLORER IS IN THE PROPERTY. THE CONTINUED EXPLORATION ON THE PROPERTY CAN UPGRADE THE 43-101 AND ADD VALUE TO THE PROPERTY ALL WHILE DILUTING THE SS at the same time depending on results. This my friends is how it's done, and it is always done on the backs of investors. Dilution is a different animal with exploration companies and should be expected. Don't bother me a bit as long as we see progress. Apparently the backers of the 20 million dollars feel good about AUMY's progress and potential. So do I. GLTA!

The dividend amount calculates out to be insignificant in the overall scheme of things. I don't know why people keep talking about the dividend like its some great thing. That was just for good press.

The thing that makes AUMY highly speculative is the lack of detail being provided and things have yet to be finalized. They can turn right around and say oh by the way the deal did not go through as planned for whatever reason, a 1000 to 1 reverse split is necessary to make these acquistions now. If they did something like that, they would have known beforehand and it would be defined as intentionally misleading investors into a trap for their personal gain. There has been way too much pumping with this stock wich may or may not mean anything. I think the company and it's plan is legitimate, however you never know, especially with penny stocks.
