No I am not sure that is why I am asking. If management is going to do something foolish here like know they have a 3 year wait before they can do a reverse split and do it anyway thats a big problem for me.

I am not educated in can happen here with a reverse split and am simply looking for answers.

Locks, I'm curious... did that company that you are speaking of get put on the chill list because they did a RS? That is not our case here.
