$NEIK There last 8k, which happened to be old, revealed a lot of info to me that I think is very advantageous to a shareholder:

- increased cash flow
- liabilities wiped off books
- merger with echotec finalizing
- more potential mergers and acquisitions

The merger completion is anticipated to complete any time between now and May 8th.
