I would agree that this would make sense. I hope they consider that. I realize many people got burned by penny stock RS in the past but if you have a legitimate business and you do a RS to uplist especially if it's known that a Sweden listing will follow, then I don't see why the stock should fall back to where it was before, as Solomon's concern is apparently.
He will do the reverse split if needed. He just doesn't want to hit the stock now, for no reason. It'll be the Board's decision, not his. Besides, if you do a reverse split with the intent to uplist then the market won't punish you for it
