Just got off the phone with Brad. Wanted to confirm Spivey's post. Spivey is correct. Brad stated he spoke with auditors and things are moving. He was told to expect 10K today or tomorrow. The only holdup would be if a PR is in order for the delay. Then, it may be an added day as Mark Lee and others would have to approve the PR. Also, asked how this would affect the 1Q report. Brad stated he asked the same question yesterday and was told if anything the 1Q might be early, but definitely on time, as to erase any concerns about the future filings. This was what I was told, so take it with a grain of salt. Brad seemed very relieved and upbeat during our conversation. Take care all.
