I would say he is a part owner of IDLM, he is the driving force behind datpiff IMO. He seems to be the contact guy within datpiff for all the big artists

Marcus and him(KP Reilly) together own the 40 million shares.(From wadi's post : 40mm are owned by Idle Media LLC (owned in turn by Frasier and Reilly). )
