LOL! Well I think we all know the answer to that one, even the cleanest company balance sheet takes months for negotiations, due dilligence, management agreements etc. One of the biggest aspects of the companys that I ever sold was how to handle the taxes, and making sure that the legal issues are addressed. Seriously the last company that I sold we had a book of over 200 pages that was shuffled between attorneys.
