Trademarking names is common practice in any industry. It's simply a way to lock in names for product ideas. 9 times out of 10 it's not an indicator of something big on the horizon.

You guys are reading way way way too much into this.

I agree and it may be more, if you go back to that trademark website and look at the pics for one of the fitmiss products ( can't remember which one) it included a picture of a pink UnderArmour shirt.
